O Programa Selo Igualdade Racial foi institu\u00eddo pela\u00a0Lei Municipal n\u00ba 16.340, de 30 de dezembro de 2015<\/a>, regulamentado pelo Decreto n\u00ba 57.987, de 23 de novembro de 2017<\/a>, e tem como miss\u00e3o reconhecer institui\u00e7\u00f5es privadas cujo quadro de profissionais contratados contemple, ao menos, 20% de pessoas negras, distribu\u00eddas em hierarquias e fun\u00e7\u00f5es, podendo considerar inclusive aquelas que possuam v\u00ednculo terceirizado.<\/p>

O objetivo do Selo \u00e9 incentivar a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas afirmativas por meio de cotas no \u00e2mbito do trabalho, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da igualdade \u00e9tnico-racial e repara\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o negra, a mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o e elimina\u00e7\u00e3o gradual de atos discriminat\u00f3rios e a igualdade material de oportunidades.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
